Difference Between Running a Business and Getting Employed

I find running a business more difficult than being a manager employed in a corporation. Although the two are quite similar, the difference lies in the income risk that the business can fail. Sometimes I get something from the business and at other times I don’t. On the other hand, being an employed manager gives a fixed income any time of the year.
