I was overwhelmed by the different skills that I need to develop with it. For one, managing people is something that I had to learn because as the business grows it is not practical to be working on the business all by myself. I need the help of others. As of now, I am happy with what I learned in some of the trainings that I’d undergone.  Yes,  the managerial aspect of business is very important.
